Dimitris advises high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and family businesses on matters relating to income, gift and inheritance taxation, succession planning and tax audit simulation exercises, as well as on corporate, commercial and investment-related matters, including the structuring of private investments and asset holdings.

He has substantial experience in civil, insurance and corporate litigation and a strong background in insurance law and financial leasing matters, assisting clients in dispute resolution and litigation, as well as from an advisory and regulatory perspective.
Dimitris holds an LL.M. in Business Law (Corporate & Finance) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MSc in Law & Economics from the University of Piraeus, where his thesis focused on corporate governance through the lens of the economic analysis of law.
Dimitris is a member of our Private Client Services practice group and is admitted to the Athens Bar Association.
