He advises and supports private companies across a wide range of industries, including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, e-commerce, restaurants/food service, and gambling, on regulatory, compliance, and technology-related matters.
His practice focuses on privacy and data protection compliance, including the management of GDPR-related projects and assisting clients in navigating emerging regulatory frameworks in electronic communications, e-commerce, and artificial intelligence. He has expertise in international data transfers and advises clients on structuring and implementing appropriate safeguards for cross-border data flows in the context of their day-to-day business operations.
